On Mondays, we handle all scheduled consults and client zoom meetings from 11am-4pm.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday we respond to all emails from 11am-4pm.
We shoot with clients Thursday through Saturday. *Hours Vary
We are closed on all Holidays.

Choose the design service that suits your needs best & book the service.
Within 24-48 hours we will send an invite for you to gain access to your client portal to collect your content. All content is due at least one day prior to your project start date.
Once your content is in, we work on the designs the week of your project start date and send them to you within a week.
On this review platform, you are able to leave your revisions/feedback directly on your designs so that we know exactly what to update for you.
Once you have approved all of the design mock-ups, we finalize all files and send them over to you.

The turnaround time for each service is listed in the details of the description.

Once a design project has been booked, the client is responsible for all services fees. We don’t offer refunds.
There are no refunds on photoshoots, if the client does have to change a photo session date, it can be rescheduled.

But, yes we do travel for an additional fee!
